Apple Music Top 100 Nigeria Charts has declared that Adekunle Gold's partnership with Davido on the single 'High' is very successful.

Speaking on the inspiration behind the incoming song, Gold said: “I wanted to write a song about something that made you forget your worries. This came with ease as most things do when you are grateful for life and living it on a high.”
The new track was released on Friday, September 3, 2021 in both video and audio format. It has since garnered more than two million views on YouTube.
Announcing the collaboration before 'High' was released, AG Baby wrote; “5 years after!” and Davido responded: “@adekunleGOLD LETS GIVE THEM.”
The track “high” is produced by Pheelz.
While speaking about his stage performances and forthcoming works in a personalized email to fans on Tuesday, Gold revealed he is working on a yet-to-be-unveiled movie project.
