DO2DTUN Entertains Students of HOG Drama Academy

The Drama Academy focuses on developing children’s creativity, communication and confidence

Young students of Helen O'Grady Drama Academy in Lagos State paid a visit to Cool FM earlier today - the 29th day of July, and they interacted briefly with DO2DTUN on Midday Oasis.

Quite a number of the students flanked around him in the Cool FM studio. As DO2DTUN stated, these students' ages ranged from two to seven, and above.

Starting his career as a dancer, DO2DTUN said he's very happy to see these children around.

"We cannot have a show without having my great friends from Helen O'Grady Drama Academy," he uttered.

"For me, I started with dance, and it's so nice to have kids from the ages of two, three, to five, six, seven to come and hang out with me at the radio station."

According to DO2DTUN, the children had fun. The kids were asked what they will want to become in the future.

The replies were in favor of hip-hop dancing, gymnast, singer, pianist. and more. Many of them want to be dancers. Two kids said they want to be presidents in the future, and it appears one of them is a female.

"Maybe we might have the female president in Nigeria," DO2DTUN announced.

Before the students of Helen O'Grady Drama Academy left the studio, DO2DTUN gave them a treat to music from Silk Sonic - Leave the Door Open.

Most of them moved rhythmically to the tune, following his lead.

The Drama Academy focuses on developing children’s creativity, communication, and confidence using drama as a tool. It is a form of creative drama that teaches movement, expression, speech, and concentration. Presently, there are 300 children enrolled in the academy.  The academy also outsources drama instructors to some of the top-notch schools in Lagos.
