Fireboy’s Peru was announced the top song on the Afrobeats UK chart.
Fireboy previously said the song, Peru was not planned, but rather a freestyle he created in the studio after going there originally to greet a friend.
Peru was released to instant acclaim in the month of July. The song did well on Nigerian charts since then.
At the present time, it sits on #14 Apple Music Hot 100 Nigeria chart.
