“Sabi Girl” of Mavin Records Ayra Starr, pulls up on the Midday Show with Do2dtun and Eve as she shares the inspiration behind her hit song “Rush”.

The Gen Z baddie or “Baddie Sneh” as she calls herself opens up about the inspiration behind her viral tune. Just like one would suspect, she claims she wrote the song at a moment when she was unsure and uncertain about herself.

Remember, the single came after months of no release from the talented singer.

“When I made Rush, I was in a phase where I was not sure of myself”, she told the show hosts.

However, the Mavin Records princess opened up about how iconic American Singer, Kelly Rowland jumped on her smashing hit “Bloody Samaritan”. 

According to her, she was really surprised when she got the message.

“Kelly Rowland reached out to me that she wants to be on ‘Bloody Samarittan’ remix”.
